Last Tuesday I didn’t think life could get much better. I was in Ibiza, with all my friends, heading to Ocean Beach Club for a day of cocktails and dancing in the sun. En route in the taxi, I quickly popped on Data Roaming to check out the Cosmo Blog Awards shortlist (being an avid Cosmo fan, I knew the exact date the list was being released). Once the list popped up, I screamed so loud all of my friends thought I had seen a ghost – the taxi driver was pretty alarmed too. Turns out, I made it into the Best Travel Category for the second year running! O – M – G
I am so incredibly overjoyed to be part of The Cosmo Blog Awards again, which is without a doubt, the most well respected and down right incredible Blog Awards that exist. I want to say a HUGE thank you for all my readers and followers that voted for me. I so appreciate that people took the time to give my little blog some recognition.
However, if you’re new to my blog or still need a little more persuading before you cast your vote…please read on!
So why should I vote for The Travelista?
Last year, my blog was shortlisted in the Cosmo Blog Awards at just 3 months old. I was utterly astounded to see my blog’s name on the Cosmo website last year next to some of the UK’s top bloggers. Attending the Cosmo Blog Awards last year gave me a taste of things to come and gave me even more determination to grow my blog even further into the lime light. The Travelista had it’s first Birthday back in March 2014, and in 1 small year, I was amazed at how many incredible opportunities having the blog has created (so much so that I wrote a post about it here).
Since getting a taste of my dream job that took me From Tea Girl to Luxury Travel Writer, The Travelista Blog has been my personal corner of the internet to document my professional travels and help other aspiring travel-loving females to achieve their dreams in the realms of blogging and travel writing. I like to think I bring something pretty unique to the blogosphere, a unique take on luxury travel from the perspective of a young, ambitious and straight-talking female.
And if you’re still not convinced, read on to find out more About Me.
THANK YOU!
You have been the role model for millions now 🙂
Good Luck Jess x
